- The renter must leave passport or have to give deposit and we make copy of passport.
- The renter must use motorbike only on Koh Samui.
- The renter must give back the motorbike in the same condition as it will be delivered.
- If renter returned late the renter agree to pay 100 baht / hour.
- When the renter returns the motorbike more early there will be no refund.
- Motorbike have no insurance. The renter is responsible for all damage in any case.
- Motorbike is not allowed on the mountain or off-road penalty = 5000 baht.
- The renter must check motorbike before. In case of flat tire after rental the renter must repair the motorbike by himself and is responsible for the payment.
- Ride carefully – always were helmet and take driving license.
- When lose helmet cost 500 baht / 1 helmet.
- When lose key cost 4000 baht.
- In case of any problem before 09h00 or after 19h00 we have no service and the customer must solve the problem by himself.
- In case of lost of the motorbike the renter has to pay the catalog value of a same new bike.
- Gasoline is not included in the rental price.
